Making a Job Offer Letter-No Interview -Contract sent

This document is an example letter you would send to make an offer of a job to a prospective new employee. This letter would apply to those situations where you make a job offer WITHOUT first doing an interview. It makes mention of the issue of a contract of employment which, in this case, IS issued with this letter so you will need to draft a written contract and send with this letter. This requires the prospective employee to sign a copy of this letter AND the contract of employment and return in acceptance so remember to send enough copies.
